Anybody know any decent guides to the in's and out's of ICE installs?
I'm not sure what I want to do as yet, but the stereo in the Cerb is awful and so something new will soon be on the cards. However, I have no idea about how to get the best of ICE past wiring the headunit directly to 4 speakers.
How do I do amps? How do I do bass? Will I need a capacitor, and if so, why? and so on.
I'm not intending to build anything showstopping, after all the car provides an adequate soundtrack on it's own, for the most part, but the engine note gets tedious on longer journeys, or on the slow and boring run into work.
So, what I'm looking for is something that tells me pretty much the basics about most of the options, so I can start to plan what I want (and what I need!
