iCloud photos to OneDrive

With 2025 trying to reduce down subscriptions to various services.

I have a family 365 plan so me and my wife each get 1tb storage, photos are synced etc

However the wife has more photos in iCloud than on OneDrive, is there an easy way to copy the photos from iCloud into OneDrive so she can stop paying for extra iCloud storage?

Don't think so, but you can just turn on photo upload in OneDrive and once it's done, turn off iCloud Photos.

Thats a pain, as her phone has less than iCloud so somepoint she turned it off, will keep looking.

I use the export feature myself, but it sure is easier when you don't have thousands to do.

The link gave me a direction, got her to re-sync her phone with iCloud that pulled down the ones her phone was missing from iCloud then the OneDrive app saw new photos and started to do its thing.
