iCloud Storage problem - says full but cannot see the data

Hi guys, was wondering if any of you have encountered a similar problem regarding this. Could use some advice as it is quite frustrating!

Basically on iCloud it says I have less than 100mb left out of the 5gb limit and therefore unable to perform a full backup etc. However when I go to manage storage in iCloud it shows I have only a single backup and some documents that total in all less than 2gb.

Even so the storage meter at the bottom indicates I have nearly 3gb in documents on top of this. Is there any way to access this so I could delete it or see what it is?

I have photostream turned on but I my understanding is that those 1000 photos do not take up iCloud space. Any other ideas?

would like some information on this as well. as i seem to be getting close to my 5gb limit and have a iphone and ipad on it, yet it is mainly just photos on iphone but not close enough to the 5gb limit?
