iCloud

I am posting on behalf of Mrs Hincapie who owns an iPhone 5S. She wishes to set up the iCloud backup so whenever she takes a photo it is uploaded to iCloud and the local copy deleted. Also, what is the easiest way for her to browse what she has backed up to iCloud?

Is this possible and if so, how?

I don't use Apple so I am hoping you guys can help her out.
