icon packs and visual styles for XP

i am looking for a really slick look with my Xp, i use tuneup utilities and have installed icon packs and visual styles which have really improved the look of my windows xp, however im looking for something more exciting and shiny with colour, not into black and grey themes

so where can i get themes and incon packs or are there any other programs provide them ?

anyhow i quite like the skin (shiny red, grey and black) on this ccc window if anyone knows of something similar looking.
