Icons/logos disappearing on Windows 7 (Afterburner & CPU-Z)

Hey guys,

I like to keep my desktop clear and just have the relevant programs pinned to the Windows Task Bar however Afterburner & CPU-Z seem to lose their logo's and I end up with the not so good looking file cannot be found icon.

Any possible remedies to cure this minor issue?

All other software has been fine, just the 2 stated above.

Copy the exe file from the program files / whatever location for each application to somewhere else and then point the shortcut to that exe to use for the icon only and all will be well.

Or just don't install the noted apps under the program files location.
