I'd like to build the following - does it make sense?

I'm not super familiar with building computers, can someone take a look at the following and let me know if I'm about to do something crazy. I need a very fast CPU with two high end graphics cards, it's for cryptography. The CPU needs many core, but most importantly high clock rate. This is my shopping list so far....
