Does anyone have any suggestions for my mums phone? She’s using my old iPhone 11 and no matter what we do she has no mobile data. The phone displays 4G but when tries to send a WhatsApp, browse etc while not on WiFi everything fails but she can still make and receive calls. I’ve confirmed mobile data is on, checked for iOS/carrier updates and reset network settings. We’ve even been on to iD who have sent 2 replacement SIM cards and still nothing works. I’ve also tried putting her sim in my phone which also doesn’t work. My EE sim in her phone works fine. (Both handsets are unlocked) It seems to me more like a carrier problem than handset. Any ideas?
