ID3 Tag Questions

Right after a thread posted not long ago i just had a look in all my music, and although its all arranged perfectly and in WMP11 appears to have all the tag data etc etc if you right click > properties on a file none of the information there is filled out.

I want an application that will take the tag data that is obviously somewhere in the file and just uniform it all so it appears in explorer. just for my peace of mind tryed mediamonkey but that appears to do it, but the information still is not visable in explorer.

ID3v1 and v2 tags are stored in different parts of the file. ID3v1 is at the end and ID3v2 at the beginning.

Perhaps Explorer isn't seeing any info because it is reading the wrong tag.

Dunno why you are bothered though, since you said yourself everything is arranged perfectly and WMP11 knows what it is playing.
