Id3 tag to file name converter then vice versa needed

Just lost all my music (nearly 5000 songs) but found I had made a backup on dvds but the problem is thats pre formatted songs. I dont wanna have to sift through them all again to have (artist - title) listed again because it'll take too long lol.

Need a program to read the ID Tags and convert them to caps first file names with a - space. Then to read the file name and replace the ID tag with another program (or same if there is a program that does both).

I did this a long time ago so I know it can be done. help!

I've reread your post and i'm pretty sure it will do all that. List more clearly what you want doing and i'll try to tell you how
