IDE > SATA converter

hey all, just got one of the external HD boxes and i go to fit my SATA drive to find its IDE, so basically i need a converter but I cant find one on ocuk.

ah nice i see loads, i didn't realize it was hardware i thought cable only, not sure if it will fit in my external HD box
