Ideal Desk Height?

I'm 189cm and my desk is set at 72cm, according to the calculator the height should be 69cm but I'm quite happy were it is.

Quick update, I believe mine is 69cm. Definitely reduced the shoulder pain I had from one of those nice looking wooden desks that was 82cm high.

The best possible height for you does vary depending on your height, but it's generally lower than most people think, and lower than the majority of the desks on the market I think too. Anything with a central drawer is likely going to be bad, as there just isn't much vertical distance between your knees and elbows to make it work without straining something.

I tend to agree with that. Most of the standing desks I was looking had a 72 cm minimum height. Only the ones with three parts to the legs go lower.
