Evening Catherine, we did have them too and they just cleaned the condensation part and they blamed us not putting the temperature not high enough. From many treads, I can see that there are other issues behind. I'll see If I can call them again. Hopefully this time they will sort it out,

Did you pay a call out fee???? If so then make sure you don't have to pay for further work, they should have fixed the problem so they are at fault, stand your ground.
