Ideal Memory for E6600???

Hi guys I was wondering which memory which will benefit the E6600 running on the ASUS P5W mobo? I was looking into the PC8000 modules but felt they were too expensive and people kindly pointed out to stick with the PC6400s. If I go for the 6400 then I would like to know I have the option of overclocking it and changing its latencies and stuff :) Would any of these be any good?

G.Skill 2GB DDR2 PK PC2-6400 (2x1GB) (4-4-4-12)
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400 (4-4-4-12)
OCZ DDR2 PC2-6400 Platinum Revision 2 (4-4-4-12)

Are these any good? Plus can someone tell me what the last digit means and which ones really matter for increase in performance? I'm new to this :p

Which one would you recommend? Was heading for an PC8000 but wasn't sure of which one with a limit £350 :confused:

Reckon I should go for low latency or high FSB?
