Hi guys. Currently game on my 51' sony bravia 4k tv. Am looking at setting up a gaming setup. So im after a monitor for the oneX. I play a lot of pubg, cod and the odd bit forza here and there. What would people recommend with the oneX now having 120hz ? I wouldnt want to spend any more than £400.
Thanks

I don't know if those games are able to do above 60Hz... have you checked that? I know some Xbox games have hardcoded frame-rate limits between 30Hz and 60Hz.

Assuming they can though, you will be good with any 144Hz monitor really, but it depends how big you want to go? Coming from your TV, 27" might be a bit small, so 32" could be a good option.

I'd avoid TN panels, go with VA if you can. Colours and blacks will be much better. Coming from your TV (which will be either VA or IPS), I doubt you could stomach the washed out nature of TN.

I was thinking about it being weird going from a large panel to a small panel cause i sit roughly 7-8 feet away from the tv anyways. Me and a few friends have recently swapped over the 120hz 1080p on the box playing pubg and we have noticed the increase of quality slightly. It just plays smoother not jittery like before.
What would you recommend going from a flat panel to a curved panel. Is it any better? Im looking for a fast response time monitor but like i said not sure if i should go for the 27 or 32inch

Hi Glenzil

I recently bought the BenQ EW3270U 4K HDR monitor for use with my XBOX X and its really good for the price it also supports Freesync and uses a 10bit panel has two HDMI 2.0 inputs and 1.4 DP and has very low input lag of around 9ms so it feels very responsive.

120hz is useless on the X to be honest most games are locked too 60 or 30 fps anyway.

Its currently under £400 on the jungle if you interested i paid £430 for mine.

This was the first one i looked at. But i want the faster response time
