Ideal rig for overclocking a Opteron 144

Spec me the best rig for overclocking an Opteron 144.

All i need is the best Mobo for the job and RAM.

I know this maybe should be in the overclocking forum but what is the ideal ram.

At the moment all i have is 1 GB of 3200 Geil RAM. For the Opteron to reach the 3Ghz i'll assume i'll need something like 4800 to avoid a bottle neck?

So to make sure you can run the Opty 144 at 2700Mhz you need to buy memory that can do 300Mhz at least which means pretty fast/expensive memory like PC4800 or memory that is known to overclock to 300Mhz

Hopefully if i buy one of those new Dfi Lan Party's (£152) i shouldn't have that problem.

Thanks peeps, i've got a Cab2e so hopefully i might get it to 2.7 with a bit of luck.
