Ideal Temps??

What is the ideal CPU & motherboard temp when idle in windows?

My quad core is running at around 36 - 40 degrees celcius when just sat in Windows & my motherboard is sat at around 40 degrees.

Would say 30-40. Mine started at 27 when i first installed my WC and right now its at 38 which is just silly. Looks like ill need to investigate...
