Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone would be able to help out?

I'm looking to buy a PC for messing around with stuff such as Unreal Engine 4 and Blender, I won't be doing any big projects or anything just purely for fun.

I wouldn't mind doing some gaming on there too, maybe the new Call of Duty and single player games such as Dark Souls and God of War but I don't mind not having the best graphics.

If I had to go one route either gaming or game dev, I would rather go game dev if that helps.

Also I can buy monitor/keyboard and mouse seperate.
Thanks in advance.

Since you intend to buy the rest separately this would do the trick while being within budget:

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £812.85 (includes shipping: £0.00)

There's a lot of stuff out of stock at the moment on the site so I've tried to select parts which are in stock, but anything I've listed that is out of stock has a relatively short ETA.

Thanks for the feedback, if it helps I wouldn't mind waiting a couple of months before purchasing to see if stock levels return back to normal, I can imagine it's a bit of a hectic time all over.

Do you think this set up would be able to handle VR? It's cool if not.
Also I'm not too bothered about aesthetics if that changes anything?

It should do the job with most games, although you'd probably benefit from a stronger GPU.

VR isn't really my strong suit though so you might want to hang fire until someone else pops into the thread.
