Ideas for lightweight quick release head?

Hi, any suggestions for lightweight quick release heads?

I have a Manfrotto monopod and have just received the 234RC, this thing weighs as much as the monopod! Great build, but overkill for a 400g compact!

I think the combination will be too top heavy.

Mini RC2 ball head from Manfrotto? That's probably on par with the smallest yoire going to get with a quick release. Weighs 320g. Alternatively a tilt head?
