ideas on Overclock setup for my rig.

hey folks.

I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to overclocking, so just wanted a few hints on setting up for an overclock on my new rig.

Heres my setup.

Antec900
intel Q6600 2.4Ghz ( only have stock fan at present. probably get the tuniq tower for xmas . Reccomendations welcome though)
Gigabyte DS3 Mobo
2gb Crucial Ballistix 1066mhz
Nvidia 7800gtx
80gb barracuda.

Any help or even setup ideas would be highly appreciated.

here are my Idle temps with my q6600 g0 on a Tuniq Tower if that helps...

edit: it's overclocked to 3ghz aswell.
