To cover top fan mesh, to stop my daughter, dribbling or pooring liquid in my PC? She just did this... Unfortunately I can't put anywhere higher-up

You could literally put a metal plate on top. You might as well remove the fan though.

But if it's not sealed, liquid will find a way in. If it's domed at the top, and covering the edges it's more than likely going to run off the top.

Personally, I'd try and find a way to keep it out of reach.

Are there cases available with a solid top that is stood off the top fan vents? You should post in the pre-sales forum.

Liquid will get through mesh/filters, if shes determined to pour something into it then i would just cover the top completely, is there a table it will slide under? at the very least stick a book ontop and move the top fan to the back/front.

nkata has a good idea if your handy enough to craft something. Shouldnt be a problem fixing it from the inside with all them holes.

I have a much better idea, hold pepper pig to ransom , say if anything gets poured into the pc the piggy gets it !

I too would fabricate a stand with a run off at either end.
