Identification of 2 songs required

As per title, i'm looking for the artist and title of the following 2 tracks (both recent) -

1. The one that sampled the baywatch theme tune

2. A rap/hip hop one that was pretty much all edited out

sorry i can't be more helpful on the second one. It was being played everyday on radio 1 about 3 - 4 weeks ago.
