Identify these leads plz (ICE), noob question.

I was hoovering the car out and found these leads.

I have only had factory fitted stuff so I wondered what they are for.

The car has an older Alpine head unit with ipod connection. What are these all about?

An unamplified audio signal, i.e. designed to go to an amplifier not a speaker, so the signal is taken 'pre' internal amplifier.

No, likely just a CD changer. The Sony CD changer I used to have had a bus/control cable like that and a pair of phonos for the audio.

Yep just cd changer. You would find a remote and positive/negative feed cables also if it had an amp.
