Thai basil or oregano

Sage, hard to tell without scale but leaves look small and lots of stalks. Smell would be a dead give away. Oregano would be similar

Stalks look too woody for basil, so I'm thinking sage as well

Edit: changed my mind, a quick google of "woody herb" and the leaves look exactly like oregano.

That's of course assuming it is actually a culinary herb, I'm sure there are countless other plants it could be otherwise!

Does the smell remind you of anything? Despite being frozen it should still have a scent sage, oregano, thyme all have distinctive smells. Basil has none but that doesn't look like basil.
