Identify this ram for me please

I know its DDR1 (if i'm not mistaken)

However I'm not entirely sure its 2 x 2GB or 2 x 1GB.

That'd be 2 x 1GB. I actually had the same kit - TCCD IIRC.

2GB DDR sticks were rare and expensive.
