I've been googling all afternoon for the artist/title of this song and I can't find it for the life of me.

Clues: Lyrics go along the lines of something about growing up in the eighties, "try to get by" and it's sung by a woman, kind of fast R&B style, to a tune that sounds familiar so I don't think the tune itself is original.

Can you help? Pleaaaaaaaaaase?
