not overclocking. its only a low powered laptop, however do get annoying slowdowns on certain webpages when loading, which make the mouse lag.

however cpu never seems to go over 60% and ram stays below 40%

wondering if it could be SSD.

any software to see what's slowing it down?
or suggestions.
also does it far less often on edge, than it does on chrome/ie

Try running Hitman Pro to rule out any infections, not quite sure what would cause that but it could just been software related. Hope you get to the bottom of it mate.

Just had quite a big windows 10 update. It maybe that some apps need updating? Would explain why it isn't as bad on the Microsoft browser.

no infections, and no its upto date.
how would I test hdd for speed, what would heavy website stress the most while loading?

what does this mean ssd messed up and needs replacing or normal or what?`
nowtv on IE, mouse, video everything lags.
nowtv app runs smoothly.
I don't really understand what is happening.
