Just a small rant from this evening. Boy racers ... especially ones that have no respect for other road users at all.

Tonight I was driving on a 40mph stretch of road, the length is around 1 mile and before the start of it is a roundabout where you join it. A focus came in fast behind me taking the same route and as I looke din the mirror saw the driver was not indicating at all but instead tailed me closely.

As we started aong the 40mph road he quickly came up behind once again and must have beemed up to 50-55mph and overtook me on the other side of the road as oncoming traffic approached a few hundred yards ahead. I was tmpted to matchand stop him from overtaking but thought better of it and stayed at 40-45.

At the end of the road is another roundabout, once again this time with him in front he did not indicate AT ALL, the road he took was the same road I was taking so I had to stay behind, it's 1st exit at roundabout then immediate branch right to a side road, you need to indicate both ways basically as it's a busy roundabout and people need to know where you are going.

At this point he probably thought I was undercover or something and immediately slowed down, I had to clamp the brakes to ease down speed, he must have been examining the rearview because he ran over the right side pavement as we moved over into the side road - all this part happened slowly and with him not indicating where he is gong not even once.

Well as we got half way into the side road he was going real slow periodically slowing down randomly and fast, probably realised I wasn't a chopper - don't know what he was thinking but it seemed like he was trying to get me to hit his rear...who knows.

Well anyway about 400 yards down the road he again turned into a side road on the left with no indicating and I carried on going to my destination.

WTF is up with some drivers? do they lack common sense? especially at night when indicating and driving properly is more than vital? I normally read things into memory and have a map like mind for roads but this one had me quite annoyed and I didn't even think to look at his number plate to maybe later report him or something. I don't even know if it was a man or women or teenager joy riding because it's hard to see a cars occupants at night but I will assume it was a male for the sake of it.

Nevertheless I will more than likely recognise the car next time I see it, it was quite distinctive in body style, wheels and exhaust.

I don't have road rage and never will do, in fact I was just amazed throughout the whole of it at how someone can do something like that on fast busy roads and at night with no care at all.

/moan over!

lol which brings me to another point, some people don't know how to drive their cars whilst others don't know how to maintain them :/

This one women in a rickity escort at the supermarket today almost killed my ears when she turned that ignition on it in the bay next to me, had the window open reading the paper waiting for the lady to come back with shopping and this woman screeched her way out of the bay.

Painful....

Since when has a gen5 civic 3 door been a p reg?

It was a general guess, like i said later, could have been a teen joyriding pannicking or what I don't know. What else would an idiot like that assume in a that situation? I didn't race him but stayed behind on the same route...

Night time it's not easy to see a cars colour or badge either, think about that yet? thought so...

What's your point?

But it's all cool...Carry on buttlicking there. ROFLCOPTER

Looks like there are idiots on the road and off the road

Some people are way too far stuck up their own butts and occasionally up someone elses butt on here.

FYI you're closer than you think, I've already sent off my application for CO for 2 years then move onto CID/Forensics (crime scene photography as it becomes available)

Honestly....do you ever think before writing something? still not learnt from the recent glazing in photography forum forum I see.

I need to drive in (oh man...) the fact that stealing peoples bandwidth is not a good idea, that guy does have a tendancy to forget things said on the forum so I was merely using extra measure \m/
