What's the difference from the current Ivybridge?
~10-15% CPU performance increase
~30% faster onboard GPU (mainly for laptops users)
chipset/motherboards have six SATA 6Gb connectors and six USB3.0 ports
lower power consumption

I hope that saves a few people an hour of research.

I've not read anything into Haswell so do we know what price ranges we are looking at?

the prices for a 4770k are something like 210 quid for retailers (overclockers) to purchase so it will be around the same price as the current ivybridge series

Wondering how much the new 4770K will be as that will be my choice.

Hopefully with the new on board graphics, they don't decide to skimp on the next 15" rMBP. Would rather get a bit extra oomph for the occasional game.

you missed the vital b2 stepping boards/chips released first (the ones with the borked usb3 support)

followed by a b3 revision board/cpu to fix the borked usb3 later in august

There were also rumours/articles a while ago about intel using aslightly modified transistor design from those in ivy, so you can add those to the difference list too.
