IE 11 keeps locking up when I open links like this one with lots of pictures

I tryed restoring my system to all different dates with system restore which does not fix the problem.
And I also uninstalled IE 11 and reinstalled it again and that didn't help either..
The Firefox browser works ok I don't like firefox..
Is there anything else I can try because I do a full format ?
