I've got a user that wants to print a page from IE 6 in landscape.
When he goes to page setup howerver, the landscape option is grayed out and he is unable to change it.
This is something he does about 30 times a day and he had been doing ok until I re-installed windows on his machine at the end of last week.
So far today he has been able to do it only once. I should mention that he is printing from an Oracle app within IE 6 and has XP pro.
Any ideas a to why it won't allow him to change the page setup to landscape???
