IE 7 help

Hi there

Seem to have a problem with some websites now - on some drop dop menus that give you options it will not let me in - it keeps coming up with pop-up blocked. I am now having problems with AOL, it won't let me send an email and it won't let me into my email. Anyone got any ideas? It has only happened within the last couple of days. I don't know if its an add on or something. Its driving me crazy!!

I think it might be something to do with security settings.
Also, on the bottom left hand side of the screen there is a shield with an exclamation mark in it and at the bottom of the toolbar it is like a small screen with a circle and a line through it (like a no entry sign)
any ideas?
