IE doesnt buffer properly anymore

as ive mentioned this week, ive had to reinstal windows do to an OC death lol

i have 2mb broadband, so practically anything used to be able to buffer and play properly.

now when im on streetfire.net the vids have to keep rebuffering, same with radio stations.

please tell me what settings to check? ive tried a few obvious things
