"IE has restricted this file from showing active content"

Does anyone know how to stop that bar in IE popping up? I keep having to open IE to check any changes I've made and it's really starting to get on my nerves!

Can you add your site as an exception? There must be an option to do that somewhere when you click on the bar.

Not easily- Its a local site, & IE won't allow you to add these to the trusted zone :rolleyes:

(Needs the IE bulk deployment kit off the MS site, I think)
Your best bet is probably to find a PC with no SP2 on it- I have this prob as well with no solution.

Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, find "Allow active content to run in files on My Computer" and tick it, click "OK".
