IE keeps opening new pages!

hi, i keep getting new IE pages opening over and over again forever. I have searched for spyware and malware and cleared it all, it now says im clean but they keep opening even when IE isnt running. heres a screen shot:






Any help would be great?

Have you also ran HiJack This as well? You can post the log up here if you like and I'll see if there is anything suspect in it.
