IE Opening by Itself

Hey guys, my younger brother was using the pc today and now when I'm using the pc internet explorer opens by itself every 10 minutes or so and showing a random web page.

The web page doesnt seem to have anything to do with what I'm browsing, for example It displayed the liverpool university website when I was browsing ocuk on firefox.

I've looked in add/remove programs and cant see a entry for anything ad related, I disabled some addons in IE but not the right one it seems.

Would a system restore fix this? Thats what Im thinking of doing, ok IE just opened itself again on this page http://sr4.zapserv.com/www/admin/index.php WARNING MIGHT HARM YOUR COMPUTER!

Can anyone tell what the program is from looking at that link? The page itself is empty but it says "Open X Ad Server" at the top.

Second the MWB call, install it, run it, then run it again.
You might need to download it on another PC and change the .exe name, then transfer it to desktop usign a usb and run for there, but have a go anyway.

Also tell your younger brother some good pr0n sites, so he doesn't google pr0n, a sgooling pr0n brings virurses, viruses lead to disease, disease leads to dead PCs, dead PC lead to the dark side.
