IE10 update in Windows7?

Has anyone bothered to update to this yet and what if any are the differences? I've just noticed I have it flagged as important but pending, so I need to check the box to download.

Is it it worth it? or is it more windows angst?

No problem, and pretty much same applies to running it as well
