IE3 cd key, what file stores it?

Whenever I start UT3 it wants my CD key, even though I put it last time. Anyway what file do I paste it in, so it doesn't ask for it all the time??

What's IE3 and UT3?

encrypted in your UTENGINE.ini from what I know so u can't just paste it
try and make sure you run the game as administrator so the game can change files it needs to.
