[IE7] New list of CSS fixes

The most annoying thing about IE is the lack of PNG support, hate sticking to gifs, PNGs are so much better.
Indeed, PNGs are a lot better, and PNG support is in IE and has been for a long while. What it (<=IE6) doesn't support natively is alpha-channel [partial] transparency, while it does support 1-bit on/off transparency like GIF. There's no reason to be using GIF over PNG unless you need animation, as we're unlikely to see widespread MNG takeup.

No :/ I'm 99% certain it's been in the CSS 2 spec from the start.
Yep.

Proprietary features in CSS should be indicated by a 'vendor-specific' prefix, like -moz-. An initial dash or underscore followed by an identifier. Naturally, Microsoft's prefix is mso- :D. Apparently there was actually no formal spec for prefixes at the time, so we can let them off.
