IE7 question

On all websites that require me to enter a name and password, the area where i type them in is light yellow.

Is this sinister or normal?

In IE6 this is due to me having the google toolbar which has an autofill function on required fields such as name, email and password, I'm pretty sure it's on FF too so I guess they've added it into the application.
