IE7 RC1 problem - gah!

I accidentally must have pressed some shortcut key because now the entire top menu and toolbars vanish until you move the mouse up there and they magically slide down....then vanish again when you move the mouse away. I've looked everywhere for the option to turn it off but can't find it. Any ideas

Has this always been the case with IE, or is this a new thing?

F11 always has been full screen mode but I think it's since IE7 that it also hides the menus/toolbars.
