IE8 and some forums?

IE8 seems to be very jerky for me when typing into certain web forums and I was wondering if anyone else is suffering from jerky typing when using forums?

Press Alt. Then Tools > Compatibility View Settings then add whichever site is giving you problems and see if that helps.

the only problem i have with IE8 is it doesnt like Spybot - Search & Destroy
and runs slow with immunize enabled
