IE8, Firefox or Google Chrome?

IE7 / 8

Chrome is just ugly. Also a lot of peopel on these forums have issues with it (i.e. crashing on exit).

IE just works and does exactly what I like with no problems - speed is fine for me.

Chrome

Fast and clean. Used to use FF before and use IE7 occasionally

Wish that Chrome had extensions though as I really miss gestures (was an Opera man before FF!). I hear they're coming though!

Firefox is my everyday browser: fast enough, good compatibility, standards compliant, huge range of extensions, smart location bar.

Chrome is in many ways really impressive: I like the simple interface and the super-fast rendering. When it matures a bit more and gains a proper add-on system, I expect it to be a serious rival to Firefox.

Safari 4 beta has some interesting stuff going on: I'm a sucker for the flashy features such as cover flow, and it's also really fast.

Opera is a good shout if you want a browser that loads quickly and has a good feature set out of the box. If I had to use one browser without extensions then Opera would be it.

IE is a turd. Unreliable, slow as molasses, terrible standards compliance, few extensions available. The only thing in its favour is that it is very secure under Vista.

Id Have to say Firefox, I dont like the look of IE8 or Chrome purely because there too clean, i find it longer and harder to navigate their menu setup. To me firefox has it perfect, plus the addons are brilliant just add what you need simple and effective.
