IE9 behaving oddly

Pretty good. WOW has had a few problems, making the system crash and I have an occasional cold start failure but other than that, it's been pretty rock solid. It's only in the last week or so that this has occurred.
 
Well, just as mysteriously as it started, it has fixed itself with no help from me! There has been some sort of windows update but other than that, I'm scratching my head.

Also change your hotmail passwords and any bank or important site you use on a clean system or after you clean that system.

I have that exact issue! I googled hijackthis but got too many confusing confusing results, which hijackthis do I use?

Temi D , download malwarebytes and make sure to update to latest definition file inside malwarebytes then run a full scan, I tested it on the trojan files I kept here and it now finds them and will ask you to remove them.

Try this first mate.



I did have a look at your log file there from hijackthis but don't see anything strange but it maybe running in a different way on your system or a file I don't spot in your log.

Only thing that looks strange there to me is this line

O4 - Global Startup: Rainmeter.lnk = C:\Program Files\Rainmeter\Rainmeter.exe

because I don't know what program that relates to but you will probably know if you use the program.
