Just started using IE9. It is set up to use just one single click to use links on web pages. It usually responds immediately on that first click.

A lot of the time I click on a link and have to wait for around 10 seconds before the page refreshes. But... If I click once, then again straight away, the page will refresh immediately I do the second click.

Nothing else is using my bandwidth. Just me browsing. And it happens with any link. Not just particular ones.

Anyone else experiencing this with IE9?

This happens in all browsers I've tried. Never really seen it as a problem and barely noticed it.

It looks like it wont load and the status bar crawls along. You click again and bam it's there. Just a niggle, happens maybe once a month if I'm lucky.

I know what you mean when a page takes a while to load. In this case though, status bar doesn't appear.

I'll give resseting a go. If all else fails, i'll reinstall IE9. And if that fails, it's "Welcome home, IE8" :D

I'm so used to Internet Explorer. Getting used to a new browser will be a minor chore for me. Tantrums, tears, joy. That sort of thing.
