when government/police can raid you without warrents, when they can tap your phone without warrents, when they can declare any sort of emergency and take control of farms, equipment and remove your solar panels on your house. i think this is past being setup for good intentions dont you think.

its going to be a mixture of communism and capitalism. no rights for the regular worker and insiders with monopolys over all industry.

The only way you'll have a coalition is if some ground rules and agreements are put down on what is going to happen and then that is approved by other nations as not to cause further upset from surrounding nations.

The congressman asking the questions just seems to be implying that the US should never have to ask permission other than that of congress, which is just retarded if they want other nations to support the cause.

Yeah but who is the President's loyalty to? clearly not the US constitution, it's quite an important question now that he has powers to bypass congress. It almost makes you wonder if that 'slip up' during Obama's swearing in ceremony was intentional.

I think you lost any sense of reality at this point.

America is not the heart of the world. It is a very powerful country with a large financial resource and technical know how. It does not represent freedom, it has its faults just like every other country.

The patriot act is just the same as the way our government/authorities abused the terrorism laws.

Indefinite detainment without evidence (or charge) was never right in any country, it makes us as bad as third world countries.

The point about UN/NATO? Frankly, the US actually needed to be more cooperative and stop doing what ever the hell they wanted just because they have the biggest army.

Personally.. I don't have an issue with a 'world' government. However, that doesn't mean I would like a lot of the things I take for granted to be stripped away, or everyone giving the right to bear arms. (not arming bears ;-) )

(EDIT: The first video is so loose anyway. Mr. Sessions is basically saying the US can do what the hell they want, where the others are saying that they try to get international backing. At no point is it suggested that they can't just go and do what they want... however, frankly.. at some point by doing that and pleasing Mr. Sessions, that might in fact invite issues/war from other nations. You are reading too much into what Mr. Sessions is trying to do. For example, if we so wished, the UK could invade France, or run military operations in France without the authority of the French, do you believe this is a sensible thing to do? Now apply that to the USA... just because they are bigger you are saying it's OK?).

Panama
Libya

The US doesn't bite off more than it can chew. It devours the whole thing and vomits it back up in a horrifying mess.
