If I buy a second hand 360 do I still get a warranty?

Well quite a well known gaming store is selling second hand premiums for £169, with new ones for £249. Seemed like a great deal. Now if I get a second hand one and it breaks, will I still get a warranty from microsoft, or will it be with the person who bought it originally?

You will get whatever is left on the standard warranty, as well as whatever time is remaining in the 3yr RROD warranty.

I got mine from a ..A shop with station in its title came with 12 months and obviously the 3 year rrod guarantee.
