If you are looking at PAYG, i doubt you would get it cheaper than the 350 it costs here.

But even then, you would need to jailbreak and unlock it, and when OS 3.0 comes out, it isn't looking likely for an unlock.

Well I see from the keynotes that they are reducing the 3g one to $99.

that's $99 plus a 2 year contract. It's already cheaper in the UK.

Already been done. And id bet money on the dev team already cracked it, but are waiting till its released so as to it not getting patched before release
