If i dont see you through the week, ill see you through a window

He means whilst stalking someone, if he doesn't seem them during the week, he'll be hiding the bushes later and see them through the windows. Not that funny
 
My Irish grandad used to say that!

It's a play on words - you might not see them through (during) the week, but you could see them through a window (if you were looking through one).

It doesn't make much sense, but lots of phrases don't.

If I stand in front of the TV, my mum says, "You'd make a better door than a window"

PS - My granddad was not a sex pest ;)
