If i sell my PS Vita .....

When i bought my PS vita before christmas it came with an 8gig
memory card with 10 games included..

are those games now tied to my PSN account or can someone who buys
the Vita re-download the games using their account?

PS- i don't wish to carry on using the games ever again so i'm not asking can
2 accounts access the games at the same time.

They will be tied to your account. Whoever you sell the vita to will have to either use your profile or buy the games.
